Initial Stage of the Project

URS issuance, design initiation, formal establishment of relevant project teams, setting project time milestones, regular joint project reviews, finalization of design proposals.

Project Execution Stage
ERP order placement, material procurement; production manufacturing, component acceptance; engineer team assembly and debugging; FAT - Factory Acceptance Test.
